Est. 2026 · Invite only · CHRM
A private photo club for friends who all shoot the same tiny camera — the Kodak Charmera.
A plastic lens, 1440×1080, no clock worth trusting and nowhere to hide. The pictures are deliberately bad, and that is the whole point: what we are collecting is the month, not the megapixels.

A club built around one very small camera.
The Charmera is a keychain toy: a plastic lens, a 1440×1080 JPEG, a few seconds of grainy video, and no idea what day it is. Everyone in the club carries one. Nobody is trying to take a good photograph, which turns out to be the most relaxing rule a photo club can have.
What we are really keeping is a shared diary in pictures. Everyone shoots the same month, everyone hands their card in at the end of it, and the club looks at the result together — reacting, arguing, voting. At Christmas the best of it gets printed on paper.

Everything the club has ever shot stays in the archive. Frames can be hidden, never deleted — the archive is the product.
One month, one roll, one theme.

Shoot the month
Carry it everywhere and fill the card. There is no wrong picture, no filter to hide behind and no live preview to check — you find out what you got at the end of the month, like everybody else.
- 02
Upload the card
From a computer, drop the whole card in at once. Duplicates are skipped by content, the missing capture dates are corrected in one pass, sideways frames are turned, and clips are converted while you get on with something else.
- 03
React and comment
The club scrolls from their phones all month. A small fixed set of reactions, plain-text comments, and every frame credited to whoever actually pressed the shutter — couples share a gallery, never a name.

Enter the contest
One photo each against the month’s theme, voted on blind the month after. The winner earns the right to name the next theme, which is how the club keeps going without anybody organising it.
The monthly contest
A themed competition every single month.
Submit one frame during the month. Vote from the 1st to the 25th of the next, on photos shown without names. One vote each, never for your own — and the winner chooses the theme for the month after, title, description and rules included.
The house look
Golden Chrome
Every frame gets a second rendition in the club’s own grade — warm, contrasty, faintly filmic — and you can flip between them whenever you like. The original bytes are never touched. Not by the grade, not by a rotation, not by anything.
Invite only. Genuinely.
There is no signup form, no request-access button, and no public view of anybody’s photographs — this page is the whole of CharmGram a stranger can see. A member exists because somebody added them by hand, and an invite is a single-use link tied to one address.
If you are already on the list, your email address is all you need: a six-digit code and a sign-in link arrive together, and a session lasts about nine months. So, roughly once a year.
